Não possui toalhas bem limpas. A cama por diversas vezes ficamos com coceiras, preocupados até pensando q poderiam ser pulgas. O café da manhã é horrível. Não tem internet free, e a internet paga só funciona lentamente e numa salinha perto da recepção. Os atendentes alem de não serem simpáticos, não se esforçam p falar em outro idioma alem do italiano. Resumindo, não recomendamos.
A pleasant stay for us. Our first impression has not too good when we saw the street and the small entrance, however to reception area and room where then surprizing nice. The staff was frindly, helpsome and their english was excellent. Another year we will also make our booking to this hotel.
If all you want a hotel that is within walking distance of Roma Termini then this hotel is ideal. What ever you do, do not accept a room on the ground floor. The rooms are very close to the reception area and extremely noisy. When I complained about this I was told it was my own fault for accepting the room I was given and should expect it to be noisy on the ground floor. We were eventually moved to a room on the second floor which was a lot quieter - and the size of a rabbit hutch!

Uniche notazioni:
La tazza del bagno della mia camera singola, la 407, era troppo scomoda...troppo vicino alla doccia, con poco spazio per le gambe. Anche la tazza in se era un po' piccolina.
A colazione si dovrebbero servire anche uova strappazzate o sode.
Il letto singolo, senza materasso a doghe, si è un po' piegato dopo un giorno o due. Non scomodo, ma...un po' innaturale in quanto sbilanciato da un lato.
Per il resto, tutto OK.
Courteous staff and accommodating. 2 blocks from Termini station and lots a restaurants within a block or 2.
We had good service and the hotel is well located (just few minutes from the train station and metro). The rooms are clean.

worth the price, the only problem is that the room is a bit small...
but still, we enjoyed it.
Hotel staff were frendly and service was above average
Hotel have only buffet breakfast ( average ), no restaurant, no bar etc..
Hotel rooms were small but otherwise OK. Manual Air conditioning was working perfectly.
Breakfast is really terrible. non friendly staff. price/quality is not good, too expensive. Bathroom not clean, toilet running.
The room was comfortable but don't expect the same level of service from a 4 star hotel that you would get in the UK or the States, otherwise you will be extremely disappointed.
Don't understand how a 4 star hotel has no room service and no bar the staff were good but no services meant I've had better in a cheaper 3 star.
My granddaughter and me were in the Champagne Palace Hotel and were very satisfied, mainly with the location. Very easy within reach of the Termini Station, and everything you need at hand.
